Vader was the chosen one foretold in a Jedi prophecy. Vader was definitely more powerful than Maul, for a number of reasons. Yes, Vader was slow, but he was an excellent fighter with the lightsaber as well as having a considerable control over the Force whereas Maul only had a limited Force control and skill with a saber.

Either one... Depends... Maul's Sith Powers were Limited to the Force Push and Saber Throw control...

Vader had the Sabre Throw Force Push and Force Choke... He could Kill Maul just by Strangling him

You maybe right but Darth Maul had speed and agility. I don't think he would be standing stall long enough for Vader to use force choke. Now if Maul knew how to use force lighting that can be problematic for Vader. What do you think?
